The house rules.

Last updated: June 2026. By creating an account or reserving a session on ARKHIVE you agree to these terms.

What ARKHIVE is

ARKHIVE is a curated booking platform connecting creators with independent studio operators. Studios are operated by their owners ("operators"), not by ARKHIVE. We facilitate discovery, reservation, check-in, and payment.

Bookings & payment

Cancellations & refunds

Each studio sets cancellation brackets, which are snapshotted at the moment you book and shown on your booking. Refunds are computed against that snapshot — what you saw when you booked is what applies.

Check-in & conduct

Sessions are sealed by scanning the studio's check-in code on site. You're responsible for the room and gear during your window. Damage, overruns, or no-shows are settled per the operator's posted policy. Repeated no-shows affect your trust index.

For operators

Listings are by invitation after review. Operators set their own rates, keep their calendars accurate, and receive payouts weekly via Stripe Connect. ARKHIVE may delist rooms that fall below network standards.

Content

Reviews, narrations, and portfolio posts must describe real sessions. You keep ownership of what you post; you grant ARKHIVE a license to display it within the network. Publishing a session to your portfolio is always your explicit choice.

Liability

ARKHIVE provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARKHIVE is not liable for disputes between creators and operators, for studio conditions, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product before they take effect. Questions: legal@arkhive.network.
